During that time, 273 scholarships have been awarded to MBA members and their families. We are proud to continue this program as one of MBA’s many benefits. We want to enable students from communities in every part of Minnesota to continue their education beyond high school. Scholarship application forms are available by November 1 of each year at school, city and county offices throughout the state. Completed applications must be postmarked by January 31 of the following year. Scholarship winners are chosen based on financial need, academic achievement, vocational goals, employment history, community involvement and an original essay. The awards range up to $1,000. The scholarships are funded in part by MBA endorsed benefit providers and in part by contributions from MBA members.
