Ethical decision making is the process of evaluating options and making choices that are consistent with ethical principles. When this is a part of an organizational culture, outcomes can lead to confidence building from consumers and the general public. While the vast majority of managers and employees mean to run ethical organizations, biases can distort ethical decision making and lead to sub-par outcomes.
