Minnesota Benefit Association brings Leadership Training to the Minnesota Public Sector.
3 Full- or half- days courses are currently available to be presented in a seminar format:
Course: Leadership & Changing Times
This course deals with public sector leadership during periods of rapid change. It focuses on methods of coping, changing direction successfully, and prevention of critically disruptive workplace situations.
Course: Ethics & Decision Making at Work
Ethical decision making is the process of evaluating options and making choices that are consistent with ethical principles. When this is a part of an organizational culture, outcomes can lead to confidence building from consumers and the general public. While the vast majority of managers and employees mean to run ethical organizations, biases can distort ethical decision making and lead to sub-par outcomes.
Course: The Art of Getting Things Done
Many good ideas come with good intentions, but without execution those ideas and intentions lead to nothing. Hear best practices on how to be being productive and strive in a low stress, high results environment.
Leadership training through the Minnesota Benefit Association is conducted by highly qualified trainers who have a background in education and/or public service.
Minnesota Benefit Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing exclusive services, benefits, and scholarship programs to current or retired public employees and elected officials in the state of Minnesota.
