Flu season is once again rearing its head, so it’s never too early to get your flu shot.

The Centers for Disease Control (CDS) recommends everyone ages 6 months and older get a flu shot every flu season, including healthy people, and people with chronic conditions.

Getting your flu shot can be as simple as going to your local pharmacy, or maybe even your employer offers a flu shot clinic. Since flu shots are considered preventative care, insurance plans will cover them at no cost to members.
